VIP Astra offline? Or only my users?

Hello,
is VIP Astra offline? Or only my users mensa1 and mensa2?
What happened? I did not make rule violation, and can't decode any VIP Astra channel since today. I did not change anything ony my configuration. Please help!
Or do you have the same problems?

Backup newcamd server - server_291
