I am beginer 19,2 Astra Is not working

Hi guys,sorry  for my  english but  i   bought  (VIP ALL ULTRA !!! packets)I would like to watch  Sky sport Germany Hd 1.2,3 or  sky  Sport bundesliga on 19,2  but  these programmes are still not working.Everything is working besides these  programmes.I don't know  where is mistake?I Copied all my CCcam List to  /etc/CCcam.cfg  but without succes.19,2    Astra  is still not working.I have Dreambox 800hd se,Newnigma4,CCcam2.3.0,.Could anybody  be so kind and help me with my problems?
