No channels at all today, not even SD

Loaded the updated config which points to server_14 and then a backup to server_196 however after I have done this I cannot get on any channel at all

I have checked the servers and I can ping them from my location - can anyone offer any advice. My sub is due to run out on the 14th of November however this shouldn't stop me from viewing

I will also add that when I try to access the channels I get a "net err" icon however I have checked my local network and checked from the dreambox that I am able to ping the servers
