Do you have here rtvi channel russian.
if yes, will you send for cccam2.3.0 , I am using. (c-line?)

RTVi is available, and you can see the N line for CCCam emulator in the billing after you subscribe to the package.

I am in UK now, and
I have card issued in Georgia (country), Georgian bank.
So it's not possible to purchase your packages?
