SKY Bundesliga & Select Problems

Hello,

unfortunately I have no access to all Bundesliga (only HD 1) and even no Sky Select programs. Any idea why ?
I have transfer the settings from another good functioning Pingulux (except the entrance data)...on this receiver it worked all good.

Hi,
I have no idea- why. You have provided NO log-file, it is not possible to determine where is the problem.
Never use settings from other receivers. You do not know how it was tuned, etc.
You need to scan the satellite by yourself. Update your satellites.xml file too (if any).

Hi Suma,

sorry about the missing log file, but i can´t find it...i used your instructions but can´t access the files of the receiver...
i see it on the network but when i open the folder its empty...
