has any one tried RoboKassa

Hi everyone has any one paid using RoboKassa  it looks simple but  i didn't like what is says in Description it says.
(Payment of invoice for satellite TV )

I just want to know is. will this also appear on my bank statement.  Thankyou

I been trying above doesn't seem to work I have register my card with robokassa when i try to pay it keep saying  (Transaction
has been declined ) don't understand why it keep saying that any one with any clue to what am i doing wrong.

AFAIK robokassa works only with cards issued for CIS countries. (russia, belarus, ukraine etc.)
