Two subscriptions not working

Hello - I have two separate subscriptions (on different boxes in different locations, not using same internet connection). One of them has not been working since Friday and I recently renewed the second yesterday which won't work either.
Intenet connection to both boxes are fine. I have also tried to change the server and still won't work.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

2 separate subscriptions - what kind of subscriptions are they? do you have same login-password for each subscription?
1 is not working since Friday - which one? which satellite? what happened?
What do you mean by "renewed" the second subscription? which one? Was it suspended? Finished?
Have you rescanned satellites?

We need a log-file etc etc etc
To say "my 2 subscriptions are not working" is to say nothing.
