SKY 1 HD NOT WORKING

I cannot get Sky1 HD to work. All other HD channels are working fine.
I have updated the settings list and also did a manual scan but Sky 1 HD refuses to work.
I have noted that others are making the same complaint.
If there is a fix i would appreciate some information.

Which of Sky1 HD channels are you trying to watch?
Where is your log-file?

Sorry i should have said Sky Sport 1 HD.

I have updated my settings using Catseye latest. When that didn't work i did a manual scan on the Sky Sport 1 HD frequency and updated the bouquet.
All the other HD channels on that Bouquet are working as are all other HD channels that i have tested.
The manual scan should have ensured that i have the correct channel settings but not working.

This has been a problem for at least a couple of weeks.

Any Suggestions?

Yes this is the same for me all other sky sport channels on hd fine just s sports 1 hd....very odd.

Log-file? Also, give parameters of the channels you are trying to watch.

Nobody of you provided log-file. I am not going to check if the channel is working or not until I see a log-file. Each time I ask everybody to show log-file, and nobody is showing. OK, then, wait, wait, wait...

For Sky Sports 1 HD Im trying both transposders 11719H 29500 3/4 DVB-S2 and 11797H 29500 3/4. All other sport channels fine and have to say very inpressed with server overall.

UPDATE: Hi ignor Ive sorted, rescanned and changed PID for this for 11798H and now additional channel all ok...

WHO else has similar problem? Are you waiting for me to come to you, rescan satellite, find transponder and add SID needed?
