channels keep freezing

i am haveing trouble with server 1 been on it for over a year and not had this problem channels work ok for about 1 or 2 min if that at times then it will say scrambled or go to blocks been doing it for the past week since the server went down i think i may go to serv3 or serv5 i do not no can any one help
