suspension of subscription ?

Hello, can you explain how to freeze an subscription?

In the NEWS i can read this:
" suspension of subscription is free of charge. Any package can be suspended up to 3 times/month. Duration of suspension is not limited. In case of suspension for more than 30 days, you are required to disconnect from the server."

But i cannot find an way for suspension my subscription. And if i can suspension my subscription i get the time longer i not used the line? Please try to explain - cannot find anything in member view or here.... thx Marco
