SKY 3D UK NOT WORKING

hello i hope i dnt get flame but sky3d stopped working am using skybox f5 and have subscribed for the uk package it was working fine 2 days ago its just stopped i though the frequency has change so i scan channel again but its still not working all the other channel is working can someone help me plsss thks in advance

What else are you using except for skybox f5?
Sharing protocol - ?
Emulator - ?
Finally, we need a log-file to investigate your problem.

thks for your reply i set the server on camd3 and  am runnin Cccamd and i dont knw how to get a log from the f5 sorry i check the channel is back up running thks alot for your help
