2nd account or Dual Login

Hi guys.

A month ago I created account for myself living in UK. Now my dad who is living in Poland also wanna use your service. Because he doesn't know to much about computers etc. I have to do it for him.
So, do I have to create an second account for him or can I use somenthing which is call Dual Login? Are they any discounts on that situation? Basically both these account will be running on my name and on payments done by myself - my dad gonna just watch TV lol.

Hi,

1. You have to create a separate account for your dad and buy a new subscription for him.
2. Dual-login is used only for 1 receiver (in your case, you have 2 receivers - 1 is yours and the other one - is dad's)
3. Will your dad be able to set up his receiver by himself or anyone will help him?
4. The longer is your subscription - the greater will be discount (look drop-down menu at the billing when you buy a subscription)

3. Unfortunately he won't be able to setup his receiver at all. He won't have a clue how to do that.

I bought receiver for him here in UK and planning to setup everything on my own and post to him, to Poland. Is that gonna make any trouble for me (like ban) when I will use second receiver which gonna be connected with this second account from my home? (where I already have one receiver connected with my first account)

Try. First of all, buy a 3 day test for the second receiver and set it up. Within the 3 days, be sure that everything is set up properly. Test the second subscription. Only after that, send the 2nd receiver to your dad.
