Filtermode/Filterlist

I not have a Blade 7000HD box and in the config is gives the oppourtinity for filtermode and filterlist.... and also a timeout....

What would the reccomended settings be for this?

On filtermode it is either AUTO or USER
On Filterlist it is eiter 0,1,2,3 or 4
Timeout is set to 0sec at the moment
