Cryptobox 550hd IP adress is blocked

hi,
i have 2x your accaunt for two same receiver. One of then works good.
Second accaunt have constantly a  problem. I bought UPC packet.
Ping is OK, Setting is OK. When i push OK (connect to server), then nothing happend. On my accaunt i see, that i BAN
Warning! You IP 185.175.223.6 is blocked due to rules violation for one or more servers!

i have already tried everything. I do not understant, where is the problem. First receiver work good. Both receiver are same, Cryptobox 550HD.

In connections history is:
For today, no one connection to the main server with login ipconfig detected

You should have 2 different accounts with different logins and passwords. If both your receivers are with the same logins-passwords, one of them will be banned.

now is working.... Factory reset of the receiver help me
