problem with HD Plus

Hi

today activate HD plus 19,2e package and not work : NICK HD, TLC HD and maybe more... i find for this moments this 2 program´s.

using paralels UPC Direct 0,8W and this work ok.

What is wrong ?

Signal ok, internet too... ping on google.com stable 20 - 30ms, speed 45/4Mbit.
