Subscription expired before time

Hello . I am having troubles with the subscription. Initial expiration day was 04/05/2017 but I have been freezing the subscription so expiration day was postponed to 12/05/2017. Anyway strangely yesterday (04/05/2017, the initial expiration day) the service stopped to work; I checked everything with no success: everything seems in order but it does not work. Another strange this is that, if i freeze the subscription now, the subscription table change and the indicated expiration day move back to the initial expiration day (04/05/17). Any help? Thank you
