Channels not working since changing password

Hi,

My subscription was due for renewal 2 days ago and I couldn't remember my password. Therefore i reset my password and renewed for another 2 months. Since then though my channels are not working. I updated my password in the receiver and added the Cline from my subscription section. Have I missed something or done something incorrectly?

You have updated your password in your receiver, BUT have you reboot emulator after the password was changed?

Sorry if its a dumb question but how would I do that? I have a Technomate 500.

3. If fail, ask technical support of your receiver.
Generally, after changing password in the billing, emulator (mgcamd or whatever used) shall be rebooted. At least, reboot receiver, if you cannot find emulator.
