serious rules violations detected?

I'm still confused.
I installed a new software openpli as advised.

I made everything new. I installed cccam 2.3.0

I turned off the box (completely )

As I woke up I turned it on. The connection history said it has connections and no errors.
I didn't switched the channel.
After 10-15 min. A checked the history again and now it says that there were 5 request from different emulators.

How can this be? It is impossible!!!

I also turned off the second tuner because off the twin tuner.

I didn't streamed anything on my iPad. It was off and there was no software running in the background.

In your settings, delete backup server
or
ask your internet provider for static IP.
If the second advice is not possible, delete backup server and restart emulator. The problem is in your IP which is changed every time. 2 servers think that connection is coming from different IP addresses. Statistics is accordingly

Also, from the homepage of the forum, enter "static ip" in the search window and read what are the problems other users face with if they got dynamic ip

I thought also of this and wanted to delete one server
