hi im trying to pay via onpay.ru, do the step by step and it says payment successful then i click return to your website and your website says

Balance refilling result
Warning! Error during balance refilling!

my balance still shows as 0.00

could you advise me please, thanks

gave up in the end, none of them worked for me but lucky for me you had a new payment provider today and it went straight through no problems. Thank you for your help
