Not connecting

Hi, I have Spiderbox 7000 and have been using it for well over a year not with no problem, yesterday it would not connect to the primary or backup server. i have checked the box and it is working with test lines from elsewhere but it just wont connect on any package i have. I even too a different package to see if it would make a difference but it didn't. any help would be gratefully received.

I'm not sure the spider box work like the others so i don't know how to get the rest of the information needed but it has worked in the past.
