Referal/partner link

Hi.

Is there something wrong with the referal system?

I was trying to add some new users, using my partner link, as I have done a few times before.

When I click on the link, I always just land on the cardsharingserver.com front page, without my referal link.
And when I click on register... you can usually see your referal number at the bottom.  But not right now.

Has something changed?   Or temporarily changes?
