OSCam with dual tuners

If I watch TV from my mediacenter I need to go through OSCam to make it stable. This works great with 1 tuner to watch TV.
However, if I want to record another channel at the same time, OSCam will pull 2x ECMs from the same login instead of using a login for each.
So my question is how can I make this work with a dual login subscription to CardsharingServer?
VU+ Uno, 1W, Canal Digital, Blackhole 2.0.3, newcamd, MgCamd 1.38
