Cardsharing over vpn (ip vanish)

Hello Suma i use your service for over time it work ok, (one client) but i have two Router one its with dd-wrt OS . if i use the router   with it conected to  vpn (ipvanish) it don't work the Oscam don't get information from your server internet conection it ok maybe your server block vpn Tunnel or because i get new ip address from ipvanish the server stand it's in Brussel but i think ip address its not important only pass and user name ?
