Canal Digitaal NL does not work with bith CCcam and OSCAM

The VIP ALL package should include Canal Digitaal NL however is does not work with both Oscam and CCcam

The config file I received has Ident :0100:000000,000068 in it. When using that port 20103 never connect. If I take the Ident out is connects but no picture...

Any suggestions please
