help 5 usd charge

hi i have just had a 5 usd charge from one of the accounts i have, now being a reseller can you tell me which ip adress or username this has came from as i think its a bit harsh i have to pay for this?
dm800hd (clone) and when that breaks i use old dm500s mgcamd 1.35 Sky 28.2e and 13e

As you are reseller, you'd better know whose payment is this. In general, resellers pay for their clients, not VV.

im just waiting for money to clear to pay t i have no problem with that i was just curious who caused it

add credit so can see what caused it now how long will the person be disabled for?
