SKY Deutschland and HD+ not work

I have buy the VIP German Package.  The Problem: Sky Deutschland Channels and HD+ Deutschland Channels not work.  Provider ORF work.

what is the Problem?

The Free Test from Sky Deutschland with Sky Cinema is working.

The problem is in the emulator used. We don't use 1.38, we use 1.35 ONLY! Change it and everything will be OK
