switching CS-server ?

I noticed on my cs-account that it is only possible to switch to serv2 and there is also a message, that switching back to serv3 will not be possible
also switched to another cs-account from a friend who is already on serv2: no option to switch server available - unfortunatelly serv2 is making temporary some trouble for at least 3 users I know during the last week (while no one of my other clients, all on serv3, complained)

is this only a temporary problem of the cs-website or is switching to other servers not possible anymore ?
is there any reason why switching away from serv2 is not possible//why is it only possible to switch to serv2 ??

Yes, you are right. Switching back to other server is not possible. It is a temporary measure. Stay on server 2 (explain the users that if they have troubles, they need to replace server name with IP address).
How to know IP address?
Use command line: ping server...cc and you will see IP of the server.
