Pay Channels not working

Hi

The Pay channels used to work until last 1 hour and then stopped. My package is still valid.

I switched off/on and still same issue.

Can you help please?

same here I can't clear anything

can admin please look into. its showing 1 card connected but nothing clearing my other line working fine done re-set and every thing else still no luck
