Account blocked - Problem with connection

Good evening, I use to conect to my Cryptobox wifi modem. I have a problem with the connection because it switches itself off. I turn on my receiver I have to login again and then I receive an email indicating that I broke the rules. I doesn´t violet the rules and I have only one satellite and one TV. For this reason I have to turn off and turn on the receiver so I can watch TV. Sorry, but I don´t speak fluently. Thank you for your reply what should I do to make it right.
