login failed

Good day, I have user "testn" with a valid subscription that keeps failing to login with the servers. I receive the following message :

[newcamd] Login to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy as testn failed (62ms)

What is wrong ;

Hello,
1. Check and compare your setting lines received from the billing with those available in receiver.
2. If you had subscriptions before and just purchased a new subscription, maybe you connected earlier?

I was using a wrong DES key.
