My C line is offline

I recently bought a subscription for Sky UK. I added the c line provided to my SkyBoxF3, restarded the box the box and it says offline. My username"priam001"
I tested the subscription in my friends house on his SkyFoxF3 and it was active on his box.

I don't now what could be the problem with the line C line in my box or at my place

Can somebody help?

Hi, yes- the problem is with your C line, because Cccam protocol is not used on our server. Use Mgcamd 1.35(a) and CWS line.

I have tried the provided CSW in the newcamd.list but it is not working.

I don't know what to do more
