Upgrade my subscription to VIP package

I'd like to upgrade my package to VIP , does the remaining balance in my subscription will serve new upgrade? or do you treat it like totally new purchase?

If you want to stop your current subscription immediately and start VIP package, you have to address to the Moderator. It is considered manual interference in your subscription (some fees are charged). The remaining balance will be returned to your account. Otherwise, you will have to wait until your subscription is finished, and buy a new subscription. We do not have such option of upgrading a subscription.
