Paying with webmoney not successful please help me!!!!

I have a webmoney account with a WMZ purse, I have 5 WMZ on it purse is starting with Z.

I log onto my cardsharingserver account and trying to deposit 5, after the sms verification I get an error:

Application uses a value of the wrong type of the current operation.

Payment to the merchant has failed.

user not found step=10, code=6

user not found step=10 code=6 means that your WM purse has been blocked. You need to create a new ticket https://support.wmtransfer.com/asp/index.asp?lang=eng and ask them how to unblock your purse.

I already opened a ticket once, but no answer!
I made another maybe they will answer!
I think my problem is that I filled my webmoney registration with random data, because I was afraid to give out my real personal data
on this site, because I dont know it is safe or not.
I bought 5wmz prepaid card so I have 5wmz on it, but I cant transfer to my cardsharing account.
What can I do now? I dont want to lose this 5wmz.

Why users don't afraid to provide their real data when registering to, say, PayPal? This is an American system, by the way... However, you trust their system more than other payment systems providing all your personal data from A to Z. If you don't trust Webmoney (which is Russia's virtual money equivalent to any legal currency used for e-commerce), why, then, you purchased that card providing them with your random data? Don't trust- don't use it at all and don't ask for any assistance in this case. This is your problem and you have to solve it by yourself. We are not Webmoney support, we are not lawyers, and there is only one suggestion - when dealing with payment systems, provide real data.

You may find any exchange service in internet (for instance, Webmoney to PayPal, etc). If you fail this time, leave your 5WMZ card as a gift... That's my advice to you.

One more advice - you may provide any information about yourself at any forum, chat board etc. But never play with payment system. They don't forgive tricks.

Because we payed the fees not you!
You had your money on the account and you can transfer it to you bank. It was so simple.
You`ve lost so many customers.
You can understand us too, paypal is a big trusted company everybody knows and have it, you gave us only local russian payment methods it is strange for us some of them works only with russian language. You should see the other side too!

You are not right. We don't hate PayPal at all. But you forget the only thing - PayPal is dealing with legal services. We are  not legal service. Remember that! And we don't care how many customers we lost without PayPal, we know exactly that we'll find more customers with Webmoney! Understand?
