refund back to paypal

Hiya there
I renewed subscription for 2 accounts yesterday i think as they end on the 27th.
My clients are now asking for a cancel and refund....

Is it possible to cancel the renewal already done on these and have the funds put back to my paypay account so i can pass back to them?

Hello,
No, it is not possible, users are always refunded to their balance inside the billing, not to PayPal account.
