Help regrading Mgcamd

Hello, i am totaly lost as i keep getting blocked from the server saying mu;tiple logins 10 in 10 minutes, totaly baffled about this... its bvery frustrating as you are off for the night and not 10 minutes... but heres the problem hpw do i install the mgcamd emulator and where can i find it, looked everywhere can someone please post a link, its for a dreambox500dm
