Ok, I have two options, ukash to webmoney or paypal. I can easily use paypal but it seems that I am charged 30 cents to the dollar on charges. If I load 10 dollars I have to pay 13 dollars.

Is there a fee when funding webmoney via ukash...and how much is it, is is cheaper than paypal option

It seems something to do with verification but Ive already gave my passport number, what else must I do...
