I am looking to subscribe to the sky uk channels you offer but cannot get the test to work. Am i Doing something wrong as I am a complete novice.

Sorry, I can't find any answers there either.
I have entered the following
name or ip address - I presume this is the ip address on the test details sent
port - again as per the details for the test
I.D.- I have entered a set of numbers. /is this correct?. Should the server name be placed before the set of numbers i.e. server2cc?
Password - again via the details sent for the test I assume
