DVBViewer + acamd = not working

morning,
i have a problem. my subscription are: "HD Plus (Deutschland) 19E" and "Sky Deutschland HD 19E". but noithing worked for me. i use DVBViewer with the plugin acamd. When i switch to a channel of these packages than i get no picture. the log of the acamd monitor says that.

can anyone help me to solve the problem?
