Total TV has gone from 16E (bulgarian channels with old ITV CAID) , to new satelite : 23.5E !
Now ITV -> TOTAL TV -> is Satelite BG .
The share of 16E work just fine on 23.5, if you have no signal - just turn you antenna and rescan satellite.   
TP are:

11817 V / 12051 V (DVB-S SR 27500 FEC 5/6) and
12207 V (DVB-S SR 27500 FEC 3/4)
VU+Zero. 13E, 82.5E, 56E, Vip All, OpenPLI 6.0 image, OSCam: 1.20-unstable_svn.
