Good day I saw today that my account was blocked... Haven't changed anything in my settings for years, ask for help or reactivate it. Thanks

As already mentioned, I haven't changed anything in the configs lately, I think it could have happened that my brother-in-law recorded ORF1 and watched ORF 3 at the same time.
I want to apologize for that.
Is it possible to unlock the account again?
If possible I will add a second line or dual reception so that this cannot happen again. Greetings Karl
