I've tried a VISA and Master card, but neither work. Lt. my bank is ok with the cards. Even small amounts like $ 5 won't work.
The message still comes: Result of refilling the balance Warning! Error when refilling the credit!
It doesn't work with any other browser either.

Depends on the issuing bank; which security filters are applied by the bank.. The payment is successfull, if 3 conditions are fulfilled.
1) The card shall support 3D secure (SMS)
2) Internet payments shall be allowed
3) IP address of the country shall conform with the country where the card was issued, as well as the country shall be EU member or CIS member. Cards issued in other countries are not accepted. Virtual cards are not accepted. Prepaid cards are not accepted as well.
One more advice: use different browsers, private mode shall be disabled, cookies allowed
Payment by Mastercard EU via Betatransfer stopped working for me even works fine 4 weeks ago. Does not matter what browser is used. Private mode disabled, cookies allowed.

Piastrix ant Onepay is banned (bank explanation too many complains of fraudulent transactions) so I can not pay with my Mastercard too

Заводите Webmoney и оплачивайте ими. Привыкли все картами платить, отвыкайте. Надо понимать, что наш сервис находится не в числе легальных, а потому и платежные системы реагируют соответственно. И Главный вам здесь не поможет. Это ВЫ ищите выход из положения, альтернатива всегда есть. Захотите смотреть ТВ, выход как оплатить всегда найдется. А кто не хочет искать выход, пусть ищет сервис в соответствии со своими предпочтениями. Как-то так...
Трщ Главный, я, как клиент, несущий вам деньги, хочу знать, как я могу их таки донести. И если один из способов не работает, я хочу знать - когда он будет работать, и будет ли вообще работать. Рассказывать о том что я пользуюсь нелегальным сервисом мне не надо, равно как и эмоционировать.

The problem has only existed since the website was redesigned.
My bank has checked everything so far, but cannot find any errors on the part of Mastercard Deutschland.
Here in the forum you can read that other users also have problems with the Mastercard payment.
What else can I or you do to make it work?

es funktioniert leider immer noch nicht. Ich habe alle Punkte ausprobiert.
Das Problem besteht erst, seitdem die Internetseite neu gestaltet worden ist.
Meine Bank hat soweit alles überprüft, kann jedoch keinen Fehler von seitens der Mastercard Deutschland feststellen.
Hier im Forum liest man, dass andere User auch Probleme mit der Mastercardzahlung haben.
Was kann ich bzw. ihr noch unternehmen, damit es funktioniert.

Webmoney need some work to setup an account, perhaps the easiest way is to use the mobile phone app, which can also be used to scan your passport.
Also it seems unpleasant to transfer money by bank transfer (to a given name and bank using a special subject) but even if it takes some time, up to 4-5 days as shown before, money has always arrived in my Webmoney account.
Vielleicht mal mit Webmoney versuchen ? (so verfügbar, auf verschiedenen CS-Accounts sehe ich die Zahlungsoption Webmoney nicht bei jedem Konto).
Die Einrichtung geht mit der Handy App meiner Meinung nach am Besten, auch das scannen des Persos zur Authentifizierung.
Zum Aufladen des Webmoney-Kontos überweist man Geld an eine genannte Person mit ebenfalls genanntem Betreff und das kann auch mal 4-5 Tage dauern, aber hat bei mir immer funktioniert. Manchmal sind auch Sofort-Einzahlungen bei Webmoney möglich, das ist aber nicht immer der Fall und hat deutlich höhere Gebühren, per Banküberweisung/Einzahlung ist es auch am günstigsten.

Also bei mir gehts auch nicht, die Hilfestellung hier ist miserabel! Habe mir extra eine Mastarcard zugelegt da VISA von heute auf morgen hier nicht mehr funktionierte, jetzt geht die Mastercard auch nicht! Cookies erlaubt, Privat ausgeschaltet! Mittlerweile 7x ausprobiert bis mir die Bank die Karte gesperrt hat! Habt Ihr ne Idee wie man sonst bezahlen könnte?

The same problem when paying with Piastrix:
The 3D Secure authentication passes OK, and afterwards:
Warning! Error during balance refilling!
The card is not rejected or declined or not accepted. An error occurs.
I tried with different browsers, with English and Russian versions, with Mastercard and with Visa, with my own IP address and with VPN - nothing works.
A month ago, there were 4 options:
The first was taking 5%, the second - 6%, the 3rd - 7%, the fourth - 17%.
I tried 5% - error, 6% - error, 7% - success! So I did not try 17%.
But now only 5% Piastrix remains, the other options have been removed.
And this option still is not working, the same error.
Please, add back the 7% option. I don't remember now what exactly it was, I think just some additional intermediary, because it was billed also as Piastrix. But it was working fine.
As to WebMoney - I tried it and they want the scan of my passport. This is crazy. That data is private and not to be given to anyone via internet. I know that in Russia, if you send the scan of your passport, then a loan is taken in your name in some micro-credit organization. So WebMoney is not an option. WebMoney seems to be a scam.

Webmoney wird im Account nicht angeboten, sondern lediglich Bitcoin (habe ich nicht), Interkasse (kann ich nicht mit umgehen) oder PerfectMoney (kann ich nicht mit umgehen).
Bei Zahlung mit der VISA-Karte aktualisiert sich nach Eingabe aller Daten einfach die Seite und alle Einfabefelder sind wieder leer.
Würde ja gerne den Account aufladen, aber es funktioniert einfach nicht.
