First of all a big thumb up for the amazing service.
Ive been using the Nos package for a few years without any trouble now.
But since 2-3 Days we are experiencing a lot of freezing, every 20-30 seconds.
The Channels picture goes away, for at least minimum 10-20 seconds, my receiver shows the message 'channel encoded',
after the 20 seconds the channels picture appears again and it works for half a minute and then the same thing repeats and happens again.
This makes the watching experience really difficult.
A friend of mine is experiencing the same issue since 2-3 days with the same package, therefore we can conclude that it is not a problem with our receiver.
Is there are reason for this happening?

Hi,
In your signature, you state that your subscription is NOS and VIP ALL.
NOS is included in Vip All. If you have both packages working, you have to check your settings and delete NOS port from VIP ALL, leaving NOS port as a separate subscription, or delete NOS as a separate subscription, leaving all VIP ALL settings unchanged.
In both your subscriptions, NOS has different port number (check it), and if both are active, they conflict with each other. Moreover, I think, you also have different servers for both your subscriptions.
Check it and amend your settings.

I updated my signature now, it was still old and i was using VIP ALL just for 3 days to test it out right now im not subscribed to VIP ALL anymore.
I also checked my receiver setting and made sure that the only connection i have right now is to the NOS Package (im connected to main server and backup server).
Currently im only subscribed to NOS. So i think the problem is something else.

yeah today im experiencing some lost channels aswell, for example rtp 1 is completly dark now.
other channels keep freezing
I've refreshed the channel list, I got some channels again. But continue missing another's.

We are also experiencing exactly the same.
The channel is decrypted and then it is not.
Specifically looking at sid 887 (decimal).
Is it possible they have switched CW0/CW1 and flipped them somehow? Because it does decrypt for 10 seconds and then doesnt for a while until it comes back.

I noticed that you copied my signature, just replacing receiver and subscription. Where is your log-file? I was told by Moderator that there is no problem with the package. Can you provide the log-file for us to analyze where is the problem?
One more question - did you rescan satellite? In some cases, it's sufficient to rescan the satellite just to be sure that the channels changed frequency.
Also, have you checked ping and route to the server?
By the way, there is no such user "vjdavid" in the billing. Update your signature and add valid billing login.
Sorry, but have passed some days and i still having image freezing.
I've researched the satellite and in the most part of the channels I have freezing.
UPDATE: The cards available are working but very poor. Provider started disabling cards.
Currently, we are looking for new cards to replace the old ones.
Sometimes, the remaining cards are rebooted and have time-outs. However, they are working rather than not working.
As soon as we find solution (new cards), freezes will stop and package will work as before.
It's expected take few time? If not , can you isolate the MEO package for us wile not fixed?

You may contact Moderator and ask him to do that. I am not sure that MEO is in test mode. Maybe, the package will be sold separately, I have no idea.

Still i dont have TV i did triple check everythhing.

I asked Moderator a few days ago but still did not get answer from him. I have no information why MEO package is included in VIPs only.

Hello, I have a VIP Poland package, the picture has been freezing for a few seconds for several days, Polsat sport premium is quite a tragedy, what is wrong with the servers ?!
Tested on 2 different WAN links, 2 tuners!

Hi, is the package freezing for you or what happened? If your receiver is Linux based, try other emulator, e.g. Oscam. If some channels are not working for you, specify which channels in particular. To say about last year's problems is to say nothing. Be more specific
Have you rescanned satellite?
Yes the package is freezing, most channels will work 30-60seconds fine and then freeze for 10-20 seconds or go completely black.
This is happening to almost every channel, but the most are sic hd, tvi hd and the sport tv channels. Also this problem happens more frequently in the evening. During the morning the freezes still happen but not so often.
Have rescanned the satellite and I'm not using linux based receiver I'm using the one in my signature which is using newcamd line
Are you using both servers in your Newcamd settings: Main newcamd server and Backup newcamd server?
One more question - when did you update your firmware last time?

Yes I am connected to both servers (main and backup) in newcamd.
I have not updated my Firmeware in years, sadly my receiver is a very old product m. I just checked and most new firmeware available on google for my receiver is from 2015 ::)
Maybe is it time to buy a new receiver haha

If you have an opportunity to get other receiver and check if the problem is in your old receiver, yes, it will be a better solution
So, I bought a new receiver, its a Octagon sf8008 4k, I flashed OpenATV 6.4 on it and I am using Cccam 2.3 with both c lines added in the config file and well the same problem is still happening, lots of freezes in the evening. So it has to be a problem with the server somehow.

Did you try other emulators except for Cccam (e.g. Oscam)? I think, you have to try all opportunities available and don't forget to show your log-file. I don't see claims from other users, only yours...

I have been having the same problem with NOS for months now - is this package no longer working? I'm using a Dreambox DM800 HD with the latest CCCAM 2.3.9 installed. I also plugged in an old Spiderbox which suffers the same problems as described higher up this post. Can anybody get NOS working now? Speak up please 👍👍

I'm assuming very few people watch this package based on the lack of response.
I'll try back next season (August/September) when hopefully its working again - or atleast a problem is admitted.

Any more updates on improving NOS? I can see there are lots of complaints in Russian posts too. Why not withdraw the package if it doesn't work properly? Atleast acknowledge that there is a problem?
