unfortunately I can confirm, the channels are not decoded "without any reason" (other channels work fine)
so server-admin might need to take some money in his hand (German expression) and get a capable Oscam server version on your own :)
I mean, as we all can see: it is possible to decode the "next layer of encryption" (don't know if it is named overcrypt key): DAZN 1+2 (which have also stoped working for some weeks) are best channels to show it: "usual SkyDE channels" (not using "overcrypt") are decoded within ~150ms each codeword. Switching to DAZN (1 or 2) and the times double to around 300-350ms (that's where it starts to get freeze at least above 450ms response time for every "7 seconds valid codeword"). Simple reason: this channel is bought from an external source. And of course it doubles the time to decode as the codeword is send from my receiver to cs-server > from cs-server to external cs-server > and the same way back :)
And I am thinking about new channel request for Sky One (or Sky 1 DE) as it should also be possible to get Sky One the same way as the DAZN channels (which many freezers, as already explained).
My subscription (and most of my friends) ends at the beginning of next year. Lets see how admin reacts or I switch to another cs-server. Because it is possible to decode, it only requires a "non public Oscam version" at the server - and as we can see with DAZN: ONLY the server requires this expensive Oscam version, the clients are fine with the cost free Oscam (or other emulator).
So if you are looking for another server: get one who offers DAZN channels and Sky One (and the channels listed in the posting above) and check the response times: if time for "overcrypt channels" is much higher look for another server.
Channels from one transponder are not decoded. It's global problem. Sky is doing something. We have no information yet what happened, but we hope, information will be available soon

I found a provider where everything is running but laggy (ECM Times ~500-4000ms). only discovery hd is not running. maybe there will be a solution soon?

It's amazing how fast some people start panicking after one week without few channels.
This is a general issue and not only a CSS one.
Just be patient and I am sure the CSS team is going to find a solution...as usually.

To those who do not speak german I would like to summerize the current status:
According to techbook.de, SKY informs that by the end of November 2019 all channels will be secured by the unique pairing which means that only a SKY Q-Receiver in combination with a SKY card is able to decrypt SKY channels. Usage of 3rd parties receiver will be no more supported from now on.
Do you think it will be possible in future to outwit this encryption?

Is the backup server currently not available?
I have a freeze every 10 minutes. In the oscam logs i see that the backup server does not connect.
I think that will be fixed? ;)
ECM times have rapidly increased (usually around 150ms what was very fast and still the same for none-overcrypt channels like Jukebox) up to 450-600ms on some channels, but as I can see right now it is already getting better, I have around 300-450ms on Discovery (using overcrypt) right now. Looks very promising:)
Because I use dual login there is no backup server available to use. But I believe that an additional server would not really help as it ends up on the same cards and if there is a card or now perhaps a cacheex problem it will be the same on main and backup server. Especially with the long runtimes now a backup server would not help very much anymore (with a runtime about 150ms you could send a codeword to even a 3rd server to get it back in time, means within 600ms. With a runtime of 300-450ms it would already freeze sending a request to a 2nd server)
But over all it looks very promising, a really great effort - nice job, many thanks :D
BTW: can we dream about getting German Sky One channel in addition ? Sky One was not available because the channel uses overcrypt since it was launched. As your server is getting "overcrypt-ready" there should be no reason to treat Sky One differently anymore :)

for performance reasons I would suggest to remove all the SD versions of channels like Sky Cinema etc. and focus on HD services. Or do you really have customers still using receivers that are not HD-capable ?

We should be realistic! There r not big possibilities to get SKY1HD. This was the first unique pairing channel from SKY! And perhaps till end of November 19 all sky channels getting the unique pairing feature and than the end comes quick! I think it comes in waves to test it and lost not so much clients who use own hardware. So sky make the step by step thing. But i think the end of sky CS is near... the last one after IT und UK switch to unique pairing - there u have only IPTV solutions! 8) 8)
But I still got SkySports and Sky Bundesliga...

Dear subscribers, please be informed that from October 21, 2019 SkyDe provider has started launching new encryption of the channels (OVERCRYPT). At the moment, few channels are encrypted and cannot be shared. We are working hard to fix the problem... We recommend NOT TO BUY SkyDe subscription for a long period.

I have just interpreted it with other words, but the meaning is the same - PLEASE DO NOT BUY SKY SUBSCRIPTION FOR A LONGER PERIOD (here, under "longer period" we mean 6 months or 1 year). Nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. We want to warn you that there is a certain risk to arrange a long-term subscription, because in case of REFUND, you will receive your money only to your balance, not to the credit (debit) cards... Please, don't forget this.
because other seems to have no problems anymore, I must post my ongoing problems.
There are channels like Sky Sport 2 HD (overcrypt) where I never experience freezers and also of course channels with "old encryption" like Sky Sport Bundesliga 1 HD (and response times around 150-160ms), but there are channels that freeze very often. It seems to be related to the load of the server, this morning around 8:00-9:00 o'clock even TNT Comedy HD and Fox HD work, now it's "back to normal" since overcrypt, means freezing all the time. The last 2 weeks, when I watch TV after 18-19:00 o'clock I experience this = not watchable. I also tried Sky Comedy and Sky Cinema HD and Sky Cinema +24 HD - currently correct decoded but I am sure this will stop when it gets later = more users online. And Spiegel TV Wissen is not running the whole time.
As it seems to be a problem of server-load, may I suggest again: STOP DECODING SD CHANNELS WHEN HD VERSION OF THE CHANNEL IS AVAILABLE ! are there really customers using none-HD-compatible receivers ? and even if there are: most Sky DE channes have switch to HD-only transmission, so this customers need to update anyway
Because I am using dual login I have no backup server. Do you think it might help to get switched to another server ? most likely it would require to mail moderator ??

May I also add: watching channels that does not get decoded increase the number of rejected requests in my statistic (currently 85), however, I do not get a "rule violation flag" so that does not really matter.

Is this new reader for caid 09c4 mentioned anywhere ? not after logging in to my account in the billing on the News-page, or on my subscription - nothing
And I also cannot find any hint here on the forum
Where do you got this information ?
I have checked available reader config for caid 09c4 some times before, as many people on the internet wrote 09c4 works better than 098c, but around 2 weeks ago there was no 09c4-reader listed on my subscription page (and I am using Newcamd-protocol, so the caid is not added automatically as it would be using CCcam-protocol)
However, at least it switches and get on decoding right now

however, I leave 098C/Sky v14-card with higher priority in my oscam.dvbapi-file. If required it will freeze once before switching to 09c4-reader.
I do not understand, why people have to find out themself :(
But I would still suggest to switch off all SD channels from cs-server for channels that are using overcrypt and also available in HD. There is no advantage in supporting both resolutions as its the same program (OK, you might see it as a backup if HD version is not decoded). Many channels are only available via HD as mentioned, but for the premium channels, where Sky customers have to pay an extra fee for HD, like premium film channels, Sky-Sports and Sky-Bundesliga channels, there is no advantage to support SD anymore (and advantage is only given if SD version of a program is not already on overcrypt). Might be possible, that sometimes the SD version is running without freezers or at least less freezers, but optimizing the server and reducing load might help everyone using HD version of a program.
PS: and it also decodes Spiegel TV Wissen again using 09C4/Sky version 13 card.
caid 09c4 has been added for the Sky 1 HD channel.

Caid 09c4 i noticed in the logs since yesterday.
you are using CCcam-protocol ? otherwise I would not understand "how you see this in a logfile". Using Newcamd caids not submitted automatically by the server and yo get not aware of new caids as it require manually configuration of an additional reader (but settings, especially port number is required, are available on the my subscription page).
If this is active since yesterday, it might take some time for testing before this information will be posted in the News and announcements section of the forum, or even on the News-site after login in to my account on the billing page

beside the servername you should also hide the portnumbers of the cs-server addresses :)
the config you are presenting is for 0D95 card = ORF/Austria-Sat channels, Sky-DE lines = the usual one with 098c and in addition now the new line for reader 09c4 - the 09c4-reader will open Sky One

Even with CCcam 2.3.0, you have no rules violation. Not necessary to change CCCam
Guys, I dont know is it just me or anyone else has the same, but for example with Sky Bundesliga 2 HD I have lots of freezes, despite that oscam says the keys are coming in 1xx or 2xx ms. Is this something with Sky's new encoding system and this will be a static problem (=hard to enjoy wathing it) or just something temporary?

Laufen alle und da gabs auch keine Probleme, seit Wochen stabil. Liegt wohl an Deiner Box oder veralteter OSCAM.
