Hi, which ones? Those provided in the billing, or those given in recommendations for Oscam setup? Please specify

You are absolutely monster to watch Hustler HD for the whole day long!!!
I think,
sometimes or
twice a day is not toooooo critical.
The problem is when you experience freezes every 10-15 seconds. But sometimes or twice a day - is nonsense.
We told a lot of times, that you have to track the trace, route from your location to the server during freezes (WinMTR utility). The channel is coming from the Polish cards, and, as far as I know, there is absolutely NO PROBLEM with Polish channels at all.
I am using the oscam.server from the billing and I just used the 3 config files for oscam as recommended in the post on your forum
Why would I track the trace?
Another question is mgcamd 1.35a still the recommend version to use?
1. To track the traceroute to the server is needed at the time of a freeze.
2. Yes, mgcamd 1.35a is still recommended
Would using winmtr not give extra connections to you and break the rules?
Is there a setup on here to use it on your server?
WinMTR is just an utility installed at your PC (Windows). It checks if there is any problems on the route to our server.
Just add IP address of our server in the main window and press "start" and you will see if the route is broken somewhere or not. WinMTR cannot affect our server, it checks the route only.
Ok
What sort of numbers should I be seeing on winmtr and what will tell me broken route?
How can a broken route be fixed if it is that?
Result looks as follows:

The route to the server consists of several "hops" - intermediate internet IP stations transmitting the signal of your internet provider from you to our server. If you see that somewhere on the route, there is a loss of internet packages (very high number), it means that you have to contact your internet provider and ask him to check the route on the "hop" with the highest loss-number. If your provider refuses to amend the route, you need to change your internet provider.
I understand.
If I have no loss when freezing what else could be the problem?
Would it be I have a olderbox dm800se?
its not only a question of packet loss, its a question of runtime = how long the signal (regardless of ping or ecm codeword) needs to return
is your receiver directly connected via a lan-cable ? if you use wlan/dlan-adapters/whatever this might be the reason
from the log provided it looks like you are using CCcam-protokoll: Newcamd is advised for Oscam
DM80se is for sure one of the slowest receivers I know but if you simply keep watching without additional tasks I dont think thats your problem
basically it looks like freezers at about 2:00AM: to deliver best results for the whole day (OK, lets say for about 23:58:30 a day) the server is rebooting every day at the same time and thats more or less excatly 2:00 AM CET. Live with it or get your own pay tv-card. Unbelievable that someone really complain about this (even if it also affect me personally very often and of course I am not suprised but... it is as it is)
My box is connected directly with Lan cable and using newcamd protocol.
Sorry I am not complaining I think your server is very good. I was just wondering if I had something wrong. I appreciate all your advice.
Yes, if you experience freeze at one and the same time, most probable, it is server reboot. It's a daily procedure, and we cannot avoid it.
