Hi,
I am having problems with eir Sport 1, it works for a few seconds then freezes then comes on for a few seconds again. In the connection log on the main web site out of 1255 requests 1028 have been rejected. I only have problems on eir Sport 1 all the other channels work perfectly. I have tried changing the emulator to CCcam and CCcamd but it hasn't made any difference so I have gone back to MGcamd. Is there any settings I can change on my box to improve the service or is there a problem with this channel? Thanks.
Hi,
Will check
Have the same issue, clears for seconds the goes scrambled
Possible same or related problem here on Discovery & Syfy+1 today.
Ping speed drops to >1.5sec causing breakup, is usually ~.6sec, other channels are good.
Violations page: "Unknown violation, error code - fb, contact Administration"
Maybe is net congestion? or Ddos?

Any log file?
Only you talk about the problem. Other users keep silent.
As I see from your signature, you are using mgcamd. Try using Oscam, maybe the problem will disappear.
I am testing with 2 accounts on 2 machines.
A channel like GOLD shows 300-500ms on all, and has no problems.
Discovery is changing from 900-3000ms in a cycle and breaks up.
The worst is SyFy+1 with 1500-4000ms, and constant breakup every CW.
This is new problem since a few days ago, and is not a problem with net congestion as this is happening in the morning (now) & every other device here is working fine, DSL and all routers have been reset and speedtest/ping is good etc.
Both accounts showing violations for "More than one connection to a port " now, but the STBs are single tuner and i do not share configs with anyone.
I have tried Oscam, it still fails when ecm time goes past ~1.4sec. i see ~3sec sometimes (SyFy+1), so no difference. the problem is ping/trip time/ecm time is not constant, and on some channels is very poor.

Check ping and route to the server using WinMTR utility. Stay on the problematic channel (as you think), and run the utility. If you see any losses during the route, it means that your internet is not so good as you think.
Read also this https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=34872.0 and check if you are trying to watch exact channel with the SID specified. Check if there are duplicated channels https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=25730.0 and you stand on the right channel.
Check also this https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=24626.msg68101#msg68101 and be sure that you are watching NOT Irish channels, they are not fully guaranteed. By the way, in your log, I see both CAIDs - 0960 and 0963. For which channel(s) - I don't know. If you watch ONE channel, it is seen from the log, that your emulator is changing various CAIDs at the same time.
I run Linux here, so Traceroute is fine to the servers, 7 hops to 1 server, worst is 23ms, 10 hops to other, 26ms worst, hard to make a traceroute at same time as a dropout, but i can traceroute over & over and it never fails.
The list of transponders is wrong, for example, Discovery is now on 12382H, 5/6, 27.5, not 11876 H.
0963 is the priority, ignores are set in Mgcamd, both discovery show 0963, both have breakup.
The breakup problem NOT happening on other packages, like on Astra 19.2 (I have VIP ALL on one account) only really the Sky UK. Example, AXN (sp) using Nagra, ping is 800 - 1200ms, no problem, AMC CE on .8w on Crypto - no problem etc.
I think Sky UK is engaging it's new trick on all transponders maybe?
Maybe, who knows. Try last chance - delete ignore and priority lists, restart emulator, in case of Mgcamd.
ok, on mgcamd, excluding ignore and priority just makes decode take longer to start, still when ping goes high, maybe >1200ms, there is a break.
this is on both accounts, different ports and 3 servers available across the 2 accounts.
Also, of the 2 discovery, one is hanging for a long time before clearing, the other is faster, but the behaviour is changing constantly, something is changing.
i think i may have to stop now:
"IMPORTANT! Daily limit for channel decoding exceeded! One of the rules has been violated (No.8,9,10,11 or 12)"
strange this is only for SkyUK :/
The problem exists, and provider is doing something. Moderator is notified on the problem and we are waiting for solution.
Any news with this? Some Sky UK channels are fine, others have this problem with ping getting longer & longer after You start to view. There has been no change in a few weeks, but it's impossible to watch some channels with this 'long ping' problem, constant start, stop, start again, pings to 3000+ms, while others do not suffer at all.
Which channels in particular have long pind? Can you list them here in order the Moderator could check them?

Any news, I don't have Eir Sports 2 of Premier Sports any more. They only come back for a second and then gone again. I've service with other provider too and same thing.
Is this the beginning of the end for EIR, and BT channels?
An update would be good.

I've service with other provider too and same thing.
If other providers have the same thing, then, what can we do in this case? If they (provider) have protection against CS, our efforts will be useless.
I'm seeing the same issue here. My pings to the primary server from my STB are constantly around 27ms, and to the secondary server are 111ms.
All channels are good with low ECM times < 500ms apart from the following, where the ECM times are > 1000ms, and pretty much unwatchable:

I used to subscribe last year, and you did have this issue occasionally for a few channels, but this is ridiculous, I'm surprised that more people are not complaining about this......
When shall we expect a fix for this?
Does anybody else have the same issues with the channels specified?
I need confirmation from other users.
You already have confirmation from petersmith76, Tjlowe1, 29ww774 and me!
I don't see any rush to fix the problem, which is obviously at the server end.
Today I have signed up with a different SKY UK cccam server and I am not seeing this many channels affected on the new cccam server. The ECM times are inconsistent and high for quite a few channels on your server. This is not a new anti-cardsharing technique by Sky, it's a problem with your server setup. Please fix this problem.....
Moderator e-mail is always available on the forum and you may contact him any time. If you think that the problem is at the server end, contact Moderator and discuss all issues with him. I can do nothing in this case.
