hello,
a few questions about this package.
we are subscribers to this package, my mom is using it, and i set it up for her, so i wont be able to provide signature and log files, so my questions are more general than specific. apologies for that.
she has a vu+duo box with openpli image and cccam.
we subscribed to the package, added the line in the CCcam.cfg file, it was all very straight forward.
most channels work fine, but there are a number of channels that sometimes decode, sometimes not. there are some that never decode (sundance)
the problematic channels: filmbox channels, nat geo hd
the newly added channels, the CZ and SK channels, dont work for her at all
http://www.flysat.com/novadigi-cz.php and http://www.flysat.com/novadigi-sk.php (we tried mtv hits, dance, rock, vh1 classic, nat geo wild hd, filmbox)
i know that normally you need log files to provide support, but based on what i said, could you give any suggestions as to what should we do differently?
thanks

...These channels are provided without guarantee!
DiGi (HU+RO) 1W package added - only Hungarian and Romanian can be accessed!
If you were attentive, you had to pay attention that only Hungarian and Romanian channels are included to DigiTV package. We never talk about and promised CZ and SK channels in this package.
hello, thanks for your quick response.
i was in the news section that CZ and SK channels were added to this package, however without guarantee, i understand.
but besides those, there are some channels in the hungarian package, that also dont always work, like the filmbox channels (11747 H and 11766 V) or the sundance channel.
http://www.flysat.com/digi-hu.php - or not all channels should work from this list? if not, i understand, then i won't try to find a solution for this.
I will repeat that the channels are without guarantee. It means that sometimes they may work, sometimes - not.
If you use ignore and priority list(s), delete them and restart emulator.
Without log-file, it is not possible to discuss the issue. We are shooting in the dark.
so do you think subscribing to both the digitv and upc package would be a solution to this problem? the goal is to get all the channels from this satellite position with hungarian audio
No, I don't think so. In UPC Direct, only Cz channels are included.

We did not plan to include Hungarian channels initially. DigiTV package was available some time ago, but because it was not popular and because of the CS problems, we refused to share it. Right now, it is available without guarantee. Don't waste your money. In UPC Direct, Hungarian channels are also without guarantee. You may take 3-day test and check it by yourself.
hello, thanks for your reply
i went over to my mom today to check her system.
i read on this forum that mgcamd is more recommended than cccam - so i changed to mgcamd on the vu+duo receiver.
at first i made a mistake and both emulators were running, so i stopped cccam, deleted c line from CCcam.cfg. (but i received a rules violation warning)
now with mgcamd all hungarian digitv channels work, except filmbox, filmbox plus, filmbox family, sundance and nat-geo hd. overall this is very good, all other channels, including hbo and cinemax work without problems.
have a nice day

However... can we hope in the near future and wait on digitv SK+CZ ... or finally not?
