Can I switch with one subscription between 2 Satreceivers? Unplug receiver 1 (antenna) and then plug the other and then back? (same room, same place)
Actually, yes.
Note: Only 1 receiver with 1 subscription shall be connected to the server at a time, not both.
Yes, you will need to unplug one receiver completely (antenna and ethernet cable) and plug the other one.
Hello guys! I have the same question but i dont want open my own thread. I am actually very satisfied with service from cardsharing. :D So much that i bought satreciever (AB Cryptobox 650HD) for my father in law. I want to prepare everything from my house to give him completed machine ready to use. So i am testing everything with my purchased subscription (my own Opticum is turned off in the same room). The new machine is working but when i am trying to connect to your servers it always ends with fail :(. I believe that everything is okay (server, user, etc..) but it wont connect. Could you help me please? I tryied both protocols but without any success.
Also another question i have - i would like to manage also his subscription within my account. Is that possible or i have to make new account for him separated?
Thanks for your help and answers.
Regards,
Martin
Good evening guys. So i fixed the problem with connection to your server, it was bad FW in the reciever, now it works flawlessly.
But second question is still active :) Please let me know if i have to make another account or is possible to merge 2 accounts into one.
Thank you in advance!
Regards,
Martin
Okay, now its clear. I found this point in rules and it is not allowed to have more recievers in one account. I will make new one for him.
Lets lock it.
Thank you :)
