Why does this not work all the time?
Always issues with BT Sport 1+2 no other channels down?

I am using Newcamd and also cannot get BT Sports package to work.. Can anyone advise how I report this. I tried changing the emulator however that account is currently no longer working due to a violation!

Rubbish, every other channel is clearing apart from this one - BT Sport 2.
I have had sub on exact sub package with you guys for over 5 years on 28.2, it has only been recently that this channel has stopped working.
I don't seem to have issues with BT Sport 1 - but BT Sport 2 does not work at all. I have re-scanned all channels and tested all BT Sport 2 channels which I can only find two of.
same here using MgCamd (CCCam)...BT sport 2 freezing every 10 seconds. All other channels working fine...
Agree with others on here, BT sport 2 not working well at all, scrambled every 10-20 seconds.

Everyone I have these working, I changed my image to an older image on my VU Solo 4K Box and straight away BT Sport 2 worked.
It has improved since half time... Wait until the game resumes to see if it lasts..
No freezes for last ten minutes since I installed image.

Not sure it's much to do with your image moosic probably just coincidence. Mine came back on all of a sudden at half time like others and is fine for the moment.

And frozen! 1st since half time...don't see how an image makes any difference. There is a mix of boxes, cams and images here all experiencing the same problems.

This really is not good enough, when most of the football is on BT Sport this is just a joke. We're paying for this service, please sort it out.

Sorry, I thought that would give you some information to show it isn't working.
I've had a sub for over five years now, with not many issues at all. This issue with BT Sports has been going on for a long while now. I primarily pay to watch football so why doesn't it work?
The fact it started to work at half time could suggest the number of users connecting dropped, looking into why it wasnt working, restarting their boxes etc 5 minutes into the second half when everybody was trying again after messing with their boxes it froze again when the user numbers were probably back up.
Perhaps theres some kind of over subscription going on? I'm not saying this is what the problem is, it's simply a suggestion that I hope could help :)

I've looked at this rule as it states - as per the rules "in the oscam emulator, EMM can be disabled in oscam.conf, [dvbapi] section, au=0 parameter."
I have had this au=0 setting in my oscam.conf, [dvbapi] file, since I have been a member here, approx five years.
I think, the problem is that you use CCcam via Oscam. Why? Why are you experimenting all the time (not personally you, but users in general)? If you do not know how to set up CCcam via Oscam correctly, ask those who knows how to do it. But, as I think, you select the most easy way to set up your receiver.
FYI, we never recommended using CCcam via Oscam. Either Cccam, OR Oscam, or MgCamd, but never a bundle. Cccam via MgCamd - yes, because we tested it and it works. I do not know how to set it up cause I am using MgCamd emulator.
You have to consult specialized forum re: CCcam via Oscam or wait for reply of the users who knows how to.
Thanks Suma, unfortunately theres NO CCcam for any 4k VU boxes. CCcam requires a mipsel based cpu but the VU Solo 4K has ARM cpu so CCcam will never work. The only way around it is cccam to oscam.
I don't seem to have my problems with the sly service, it is only really the BT Sport channels I have difficulty with.

I can get BT Sports 3 but not BT Sports 1 or 2. I have tried the other two identical channels but those don't seem to work either.
Working well for me on ALL BT channels. I'm using Newcamd protocol though.....
I've tried some different BT channels with the same frequency and they freeze so you must choose the correct channel even if it's the same frequency. They have different SID/PCR etc but they are working for me ;)

Mate, I'm using MgCamd 1.35 fine on Solo 4k.(last Sunday being the exception)
I tried using Oscam and it worked fine on Sly but would freeze on BT and the irish channels.
Where I think there may be an issue for BT channels is the fact that they use CAID 960...this is on a different port for protocols other than CCCam.
Just a theory....
Try MgCamd with CCCam protocol settings(single port access).
Newcamd also uses a different port for BT and Irish channels. I can't change the softcam to any other in the protek as you can't add plugins. I've got a Vu+ zero that I use for something else but the protek works brilliantly with this server so no need to change ;)
