Why am I getting this....just got out of bed...TV been off for last 8 hours....???
Even in stand-by mode, your receiver is going on sending requests to the server. Check your settings (mg_cfg) and amend them if necessary.

Thanks Suma,
My settings (ccckeepalive = 1)
as below have not been changed in the last 12 months....did not seem to be causing a problem up till now...confusing me.
device = server_258,XXX01
user = ******
password =******
inactivitytimeout = 30
group = 1
blockemm-unknown = 1
blockemm-u = 1
blockemm-s = 1
cccversion = 2.1.2
ccckeepalive = 1
[reader]
label = server_291
protocol = cccam
device = server_291,XXX01
user =*******
password ******
inactivitytimeout = 30
group = 1
blockemm-unknown = 1
I am not shure how to configure files for cccam, I am telling about mg_cfg file for MgCamd emulator.
Looking at your signature, you are using CCCAM converted to Oscam. What is it - I have no idea.
You have to ask Cccam users (or Oscam users), how to configure files correctly.
Suma...
As it has been working 100%(as the server expects for 12 months)....I am confident the CCCAM/OSCAM are configured correctly...so nothing I can do but to carry on and accept any action you wish to impose on me...lol

Hi Suma,
Moved over to Mgcam 1.35a...working fine..will now see if the violations occur....
In the process got this violation..
Connections by emulators:
20 - CCcam 2.1.2
1099 - mgcamd
.not much I could do about that...
Only ONE emulator shall be active in your receiver.
Delete everything what is related to Cccam - all configs, disable Cccam itself and restart receiver.
Hi Suma,
Seems to have cured the violation...
Question....Does the 03.09.2016 07:26:51 (1 day ago) Sending a large number of KeepAlive requests to the server Violation log..get erased from database eventually....tia

Do you use our default configs?
Is the KeepAlive value in your config is 300?
Yes..I do now..but these are on record from when i didn't....how long do they stay on record is my query?
If connection history is zeroed every morning, it means 24 hours
