Title: IP blocked

Suddenly today my IP got blocked (and my friend's too - identical receiver and package). I have not changed anything in my config nor hardware. It has been the same for like 3 years. Out of the blue today we both got IP blocked. I restored my receiver to factory, re-entered my details again - no joy, still IP blocked. Help please.
BTW, I already wrote to moderator, but maybe there is something you Suma can do please.

Hi,
Unfortunately, I can do nothing for you. You have to wait for Moderator response (I hope, on Monday). He will check your and your friend's IPs and will probably unblock them. There are some issues which can be solved only by Moderator. I am useless here.

I wrote to moderator again:

"It has been bad all day today. Constant reconnections. I cant fix it myself, neither can friend of mine. Also, there is another entry in the forum from yet another person having the same problem.
Obviously, there is something wrong here, but I am pretty sure by now that it can't be on our end. Would it be possible that something is wrong on your end? Could you investigate it further please?

Moreover, I got a message in "Connections history" today that there were connections to 3 ports. I have always been using 2.

I would be ready to accept guilt if I changed my config/hardware, but I have used the same equipment for 3 years without any changes and it has always worked just fine."

I thought I would paste it here, might be some help for someone.

I notified the Moderator on your issue, and will wait for his reply. As I told before, I can do nothing from my side but only notify him.

Your receiver is not connected to the server and there are no requests for decoding. Did you check if your receiver has internet connection?
You are still using Cccam 2.1.4. We recommend using 2.3.0 version.
If you cannot set up your receiver by yourself, ask anybody to do it.
Your IP is not blocked. Simply, you have no internet in your receiver. If there is no connection between receiver and server, you will never watch TV. Set up your receiver and emulator!
As for your friends, we do not care who has the same problem. Let your friends post here, provide log-files, complete their signatures, etc. what is requested from all our users.
P.S. Look through your statistics in the billing and you will see that there is no connection from your receiver to our server. This is your problem, not the server problem. Solve your problem by yourself.

I bought a new receiver Openbox V8S and configured it as per this:

Hopefully this will solve the problem.

I have some warnings in the Connection History for using multiple emulators, but I was just setting my new receiver up, so I hope all will be OK tomorrow.

I have e problem with IP as well for login 00179A23B2C1  and IP :  86.24.131.0  ,
I try to contacted by email but nobody reply ..
We had the problem with internet access last time and swap two receivers between account , maybe this is problem , I don't know
Any chance to unblocked ?

Hi, we checked login 00179A23B2C1 and no connection detected. Account is not blocked, no rules violation as well. Check your internet connection, modem or router, check if you can open FTA channels.
From our side, no problem.
As for wdcom login, there is no active subscriptions. You have no subscriptions at all.
